Philosophy of Teen Ministry
Our Teen Ministry is built on a love for the Bride of Christ, which is why we encourage teens and families to worship together on Sunday mornings before joining Sunday School. We are not trying to create a “teen church,” but to raise disciples within the life of the church. We also love parents and see them as the God-given primary spiritual influence in their children’s lives, so our role is to come alongside your discipleship at home, not replace or weaken it. At the center of everything we do is the Word of God, because while programs and activities may be temporary, Scripture is what teens can carry with them for the rest of their lives. We desire to help them know how to read, trust, and apply God’s Word so that His truth continues to guide them long after their teen years.
Sunday Mornings
Teen Sunday School - 11:00 AM - Starting September 13
Join us as we dive into the book of Philippians, a letter filled with encouragement, joy, and practical wisdom for living out our faith. Together, we'll explore what it means to find true joy in Christ, grow in humility, strengthen our faith through challenges, and live with purpose in today's world. Through engaging discussions, Scripture study, and real-life application, teens will discover how Paul's message to the Philippian church is just as relevant today as it was when it was written. Whether you're new to studying the Bible or have been reading it for years, this study will help you deepen your relationship with God and encourage you to live boldly for Him. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and grow alongside friends as we journey through Philippians together!
Midweek Teen Bible Studies
Teen Bible Quizzing - 7:00 PM - Starting September 2
Bible quizzing is an invigorating way for youth ages 11 – 18 to memorize the Bible. There are weekly Wednesday night practices and 5 exciting quiz meets throughout Alberta.
Teen Bible Study - 7:00 PM - Starting September 2
Our Wednesday night teen Bible study is a time to grow in faith as we dive into God’s Word together. Each week includes a fun game, snack, Bible lesson, small-group discussion, and prayer.

Once a month on a Friday or Saturday we have an activity for the teens
Camps
Snow Camp
Every February the teens spend a weekend away together playing games, enjoying food and growing in relationship with God through chapel messages, devotions and singing songs together.
Summer Camp
Each summer the teens spend a week in southern alberta at camp. The teens enjoy an action packed week full of competition, fun activities, bible study, preaching and praise.
