Kevin Williams
Senior Pastor
Kevin first came to Meadowlands in 2007 as an assistant pastor and became lead pastor in 2015. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Studies and a Master of Divinity, and he is passionate about helping people grow in their faith through clear, practical teaching from the Bible. Kevin and his wife, Holly, were married in 2000, and God has blessed them with four children and a daughter-in-law. Outside of ministry, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, eating international foods, watching football (Go Chiefs!), and cheering on the Oilers once they’re in the playoffs.
Mark Richmond
Family Pastor
Mark has served as Pastor to Families at Meadowlands since January 2020, overseeing ministries from Nursery through Teen Ministry and investing in young couples and families with children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries, with a focus in Youth and Family Ministry, and he is passionate about equipping parents to disciple their children faithfully. Mark and his wife have four grown children, a daughter-in-law, and a grandchild. Outside of ministry, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, being called "Grampa," biblical counselling, and sharing how the Lord redirected his path from aviation to pastoral ministry.
Jeff McConnell
Assistant Pastor
Jeff joined the pastoral team at Meadowlands upon his ordination in 2023. Raised in Drayton Valley, Alberta, he trusted Christ as Saviour in his early twenties and later served as a Red Seal Steamfitter/Pipefitter and in construction safety before entering pastoral ministry. He holds a Diploma of Theology and is completing his Bachelor’s degree at Foundation Baptist College, and he is passionate about discipling others toward a mature, biblical worldview. Jeff and his wife have four children. Outside of ministry, Jeff enjoys reading church history, wilderness survival, and spending time with his family.
David Treau
Church Administrator
David joined the Meadowlands staff in 2017 as Church Administrator, bringing over twenty-five years of experience in information technology and work as a computer consultant. Since becoming a follower of Christ in 2014, he has served in various church ministries and pursued theological training through Foundation Baptist College. David is passionate about serving the Lord and supporting the ministry of Meadowlands through his work. David and his wife, Becky, were married in 2019. Outside of ministry, David enjoys camping and spending time with the church family.
Adam Keller
Music Director
Adam and his wife, Jalin, moved to Edmonton in 2021, and he has served as Music Director at Meadowlands since November 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and has served in music ministry in various roles for more than nine years. Adam is passionate about encouraging a culture of singing that leads the church to dwell richly on the Word of Christ. Adam and Jalin have two children. Outside of ministry, Adam enjoys cheering for St. Louis teams and using music to serve the Lord and encourage the church family.
Eric Knutson
Pastoral Assistant
Eric joined the Meadowlands staff in 2025 as Pastoral Assistant. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Studies from Faith Baptist Bible College and has served in various camp ministry and church internship roles that deepened his love for preaching, discipleship, and the local church. At Meadowlands, Eric enjoys preaching and teaching across various ministries, assisting the pastors and administrators, and remaining involved in teen camp ministry. Eric and his wife, Taylor, were married in 2025. Outside of ministry, Eric enjoys hiking, soccer, chess, and learning about the stock market.
Becky Treau
Church Secretary
Becky came to Meadowlands in 2019 after marrying her husband, David, and joined the staff in May 2022 as part-time Office Administrator. She came to know the Lord as a child and, from the time she was a teen, had a desire to serve the Lord as a church secretary. Becky also teaches music lessons to students of Meadows Christian Academy and is thankful for the opportunity to serve the church through office ministry. Outside of ministry, Becky enjoys flower gardening and attending symphony concerts with her husband.
Elijah Richmond
Assistant Church Administrator
Elijah came to Meadowlands with his family in 2020 and has been involved in the church ever since. He is currently completing his Bachelor’s degree at Foundation Baptist College and serves at Meadowlands in various areas of ministry and administration. Elijah is passionate about pouring into the local body of believers in every way the Lord has gifted him. Outside of ministry, Elijah enjoys studying theology, teaching Koine Greek, being a part of the K4T ministry and using his gifts to serve the church family.
