Christmas Program: Sing Joy to All the World
We gather to tell the story of Emmanuel, God With Us! We gather to remember this story, to wait, and watch for Him to come again–even now. Come, Lord Jesus! The overriding theme of this inspiring Christmas work by Lloyd Larson is joy. It celebrates the promise that joy comes to those who wait; that following the long dark night, the breaking of dawn brings joy for the new day. The Old Testament tells of God’s promise to Israel, which was fulfilled in the coming of the Messiah to the remote village of Bethlehem. As recipients of that joy, it becomes the privilege and responsibility of all who have experienced it to share the good news: Sing Joy to All the World!
The handbell choir and vocal choir of Meadowlands will present two performances on Sunday, December 15 at 9:30 or 11:00 am. This is a free event.

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
Our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service is an annual tradition here at Meadowlands. We invite you to attend this one hour service on December 24 at 6:00 pm in our gymnasium where we will sing Christmas carols and listen to passages of Scripture as we reflect on the birth of God’s Son, Jesus Christ, coming to earth to redeem us from our sin.
