Canada Day Volunteers – Meadowlands Baptist Church

1 person to assist with cotton candy making beginning at 8 am

2 people to make popcorn @ 9 am

Setting up tables and chairs before 11 am

Set up of BBQs before 11 am

Lighting of BBQs at 11 am

Set up carnival games and take tickets around to each station, at 12:30 pm, 2 people

Volunteers to man carnival game stations (9-10 stations, 1 person every station=9-10 people) 12:45-2:15 pm

Snow cone maker during carnival 2 people 12:45-2:15 pm

Cleaning and take down of BBQs after 1:30 pm

Cleaning of popcorn machine 2:15 pm

Cleanup of gym after carnival 2:15 pm

Take down carnival games, package them in boxes, return to storage room 2 people at 2:15 pm

Clean the kitchen (wash counters, sweep floor, scrub floor, empty garbage) after carnival @ 3 pm

Washing tables, taking down tables and chairs @ 4 pm

Garbage and recycle emptied throughout the day and at 4 pm. Take the bags to the garbage bin.
