The Purpose of MBC is to pursue God and His glory through Great Commission living.

To glorify God in all that is done in deed and in word (1 Corinthians 10:31).
To provide spiritual leadership, not as overlords but as shepherds being examples in caring for the congregation (Ephesians 4:11; 1 Peter 5:2,3)
To win the lost to Christ (Matthew 28:19,20).
To baptize new converts and see them added to the church (Acts 2:41,47).
To systematically instruct the church family in the Word of God (2 Timothy 4:4).
To see the development of spiritual fruit in the life of the church family (Galatians 5:22-23).
To see the church family grow toward spiritual maturity through worship, edification, service, fellowship, and encouragement (Ephesians 4:12-15).

To instil in the minds of the believers that witnessing is one's daily obligation.
To emphasize personal evangelism by building relationships with people and by being ready to lead anyone to Christ at any moment as the Lord permits.
To train people how to win the lost to Christ.
To glorify God by leading souls to Christ though involvement in schools, church, and community ministries.

To instill in the minds of the believers that being grounded in the Word of God is essential to daily Christian living.
To emphasize expository teaching and preaching of the Scriptures.
To train people to be more effective teachers.
To use every possible circumstance to counsel one to a greater knowledge of the Word.
To provide meaningful worship services where the Holy Spirit is allowed to minister to the spiritual needs of the congregation.
To be sensitive to the needs of people and be skillful in using Scripture to meet their needs.
To provide a quality education for elementary and secondary students where the principles of God's Word are related to all of life's disciplines, and students are influenced to know God.
