Meadowlands Baptist Church
Welcome!
If you are new to the Edmonton area or looking for a Bible believing church we
welcome you to please come visit us. Meadowlands Baptist Church is a friendly,
family focused, and Bible centered church. Our desire is to share the love of
Christ with the city of Edmonton and around the world, while meeting the
spiritual needs of individuals. MBC is not a building or denomination, but a
group of Christians who gather together to fellowship and to worship God the
Father by honoring His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Have you ever wondered if God is real? Does God love me? Is there a heaven and a
hell? What happens to me when I die? Am I good enough to go to heaven? Can God
ever forgive me? The Bible has the answers to all these questions and many more.
To learn more about what the Bible has to say and how it apply to your life we
invite you to listen to some of the recorded sermons on our website and if you
are in the Edmonton area, please come visit us!
We live in a day and age where most folks either don?t bother going to church,
or just go to "get it over with." For many people God isn?t a very important
part of their life at all.
Many sincere people feel that something is missing in their life and desire to
get closer to God, but they don?t know how. They struggle through the trials and
burdens of life and wonder where God is. Other folks ponder such questions as:
"Where did all of this begin?", "why am I here?", and "what happens when this
life is over?"
The Bible has the answers to life?s greatest questions. Our Creator has left us
an "instruction manual" on life. At MBC, we strive to give people the Bible in a
practical way that will help them deal with the needs of everyday life. The Word
of God is not an outdated history book. It is as up-to-date as tomorrow?s
newspaper. The Bible tells us how to get to heaven when we die and how to live
while here on earth.
May I cordially invite you to attend our services along with the wonderful
people who call Meadowlands Baptist Church their home.
Sincerely,
Pastor Jim Tillotson
